The "Members Only" section is now established, and all who have been subscribed or invited to the Yahoo discussion groups (whether currently subscribed or not) should receive an E-mail by Jan. 19, 2003 giving them their user name and password for access to this area. Any member who has not been so notified, and wishes to have access, please contact the Webmaster.
The system provided, for economy reasons, does not allow members to assign their own user names and passwords. Most recent versions of web browsers should memorize the user name and display it automatically, but only very recent browsers will also memorize this specifically-assigned password. To ease memorizing, all passwords have been made three characters, all lower case letters. The user name assigned is usually the first part of the member's E-mail address, except for a few which required some variation to avoid duplication, which the system does not permit.
