The Southwest Chapter meets in El Paso, Texas, on the second Wednesday of the month at El Sarape Del Valle, 5103 Montana, El Paso. Dinner (optional) begins at about 6:00 p.m. and the business meeting at about 6:30 p.m. If there is not a speaker, normally a railroad or video is shown for the program. The business meeting will normally include updates of activity regarding the chapter’s locomotive, ex-Southern Pacific 2-8-2 No. 3420, the Pullman James Watt, or other rolling stock.
