The Frank Ardrey Collection is comprised of the personal photographs belonging to the late Frank E. Ardrey, Jr., well-known railroad photographer and charter member of the Mid-South Chapter. Throughout his adult life, Frank took photographs and traded negatives and prints with other photographers. His personal print collection consists of 2,000+ 8x10 prints of his works and others. The original negatives became part of the David Salter collection, which is now owned by the Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History in Kennesaw, Georgia.
